Terms and Conditions

1. Company Identification

The online store wecer.pt is owned by We Cer, Lda, Tax ID 518604020, registered at Travessa da Bela Vista – Bloco A 4 2º Dto Corredoura, 2480-184 Porto de Mós, Portugal.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern sales made by Wecer to B2B clients (companies) in Portugal and the EU.

3. Orders

Only registered clients with valid Tax ID are accepted. Wecer may refuse orders with irregularities or unpaid balances.

4. Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change without prior notice, except for confirmed orders.

5. Payments

We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card, MB Way, and PayPal. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms agreed commercially with each customer.

6. Deliveries

Deliveries by partner carriers or Wecer’s own means. Delivery times agreed between parties.

7. Returns and Complaints

Deadline: 15 days from receipt.
Returns must be authorized by Wecer.
Personalized or custom products cannot be returned.

8. Warranties

Legal warranties apply and may be contractually adjusted.

9. Liability

Wecer is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business losses.

10. Force Majeure

Wecer is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Portuguese law applies. Disputes will be settled in the Leiria District Court.
